Exercise Video - Alternate Nostril Breathing 2
Standing or sitting with good posture, place your thumb next to one nostril, and your index finger next to your other nostril. Now cover one nostril as you breathe in for a count of 4, then cover your opposite nostril as you breathe out for a count of 4. Repeat.
