Exercise Video - Cervical Extension Stabilisation with Rotation
Sitting upright with good posture, slightly tuck your chin downwards and maintaining your chin in this position, gently extend (arch) your neck. Gently and with a small amount of movement, rotate your neck to one side then the other. You will feel a stretch at the lower part of the back of your neck, and it can be uncomfortable so go gently. Breathe normally.
