Exercise Video - Cervical Speed Rotation
Sit or stand facing a door and move your head left and right as fast as is comfortable between two points around one meter wide. When you have finished the speed work, bring your head to the front and relax, before repeating. Start slowly with this exercise and progressively get quicker.
