Exercise Video - Cervical Speed with Laser Flexion and Extension
Sit or stand facing a door, or wall, and nod your head up and down as fast as is comfortable so that the laser points up and down around one metre. When you have finished the required repetitions, bring your pointer to the middle. Repeat as required. Start slowly with this exercise and progressively get quicker.
