Exercise Video - Cervical Speed with Laser Rotation
Sit or stand facing a door or wall and move your head left and right as fast as is comfortable between two points, about one meter apart, so that the laser points at the left and then right spot on the wall. When you have finished the speed work, bring your pointer to the front and relax, before repeating. Start slowly with this exercise and progressively get quicker.
