Exercise Video - Deep Neck Extensor Stabilisation 1
Go onto all fours, on your hands and knees. Tuck your chin towards your chest slightly, and maintaining your chin in this position, gently extend (arch) your neck. You will feel a stretch at the front and maybe the back of your neck. Breathe normally. This exercise will strengthen the deep neck Extensor muscles.
