Exercise Video - Deep Neck Extensor Stabilisation 4
Place a weight around your head. Go onto all fours, on your hands and knees. Tuck your chin towards your chest slightly, and maintaining your chin in this position, gently extend (arch) your neck. You will feel a stretch at the front and maybe the back of your neck. Breathe normally. This exercise will strengthen the deep neck Extensor muscles.
