Exercise Video - Jaw TMJ Opening Control
Stand in front of a mirror and open and close your mouth in a straight line making sure it does not deviate to one side. If you have trouble seeing if your jaw is deviating, draw a line on the chin and make sure it does not deviate when opening your mouth.
