Exercise Video - McKenzie Cervical Neck Retraction, Extension and Rotation
Sit upright with good posture. Tuck your chin as far as you feel comfortable, then look up while maintaining your chin tuck position. Now rotate your neck 1-2 inches each side. Go to your comfortable end of range of the movement. Return to the start position. Stop this exercise if you get pain.
