Exercise Video - Neck Flexor Strengthening Weight 3
Place an ankle cuff weight around your head. Lie on your back on a bench, or on your bed with your neck tilted backwards over the edge, Only put your neck in a position that feels comfortable. Lift your head to the horizontal while tucking your chin in slightly. You should feel the muscles at the front and side of your neck contracting.
