Exercise Video - Neck Rotation Exercise Band
Put an exercise band around your neck, and pull it to one side. Now rotate your neck away from the exercise band, creating a resistance in the band. You should feel a gentle contraction of the side-neck muscles on the side closest to the band. Return your head to the start position and repeat.
