Exercise Video - Neck Side Flexion with Rotation to Opposite Side
Sit or stand up with good posture, looking straight ahead. Side-flex your neck to the left (move your left ear towards your left shoulder). Rotate your neck to the right (move your nose right) and you will feel a stretch on the right side of your neck. Now repeat to the opposite side, unless your therapist has advised to only perform this exercise on one-side.
