Exercise Video - Neck Side Flexor Strengthening 2
Place an ankle cuff weight around your head. Lying on your side, bend your neck by taking your ear towards your shoulder. You will feel the muscles on the side of your neck contracting. Repeat a number of times, before turning over and repeating to the other side.
