Exercise Video - Posterior Cervical Stabilisation Sitting

Sit on a chair, with your back and neck reclined. Gently tuck your chin slightly down while elongating your neck. It is a subtle movement. You should feel a gentle pull at the back of your neck. Relax and repeat as required.
