Exercise Video - The Walk Past Extension
Fix your gaze and head on a point on the wall to one side and above head height. Walk forwards whilst keeping your gaze and head directed at the point. When you have walked as far as comfortable, turn your body and walk back in the other direction. Keep looking at the point at all times.
