Exercise Video - The Walk Past Rotation and Step
Fix your gaze and head on a point on the wall to one side at head height. Walk forwards towards a step whilst keeping your gaze and head directed at the point. Glance down at the step before you step up and over. Turn your body and walk back in the other direction, stepping over the step again. Keep looking at the point at all times.
