Exercise Video - Upper Cervical Stabilisation with Gaze Stability
Lie flat, with a four inch diameter towel under your neck. Pick a point on the ceiling, and hold your gaze at this point. Tuck your chin down to your chest gently while elongating your neck, and maintaining gaze on the spot on the ceiling. Try to breathe normally, and stay relaxed. The movement and resistance is gentle, so don't do it too hard.
